Return/Exchange Policy

We at Hair Snob Collection are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair.  Our hair is thoroughly reviewed and inspected to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.  We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.  If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.  If your item is defective we will allow an exchange within five (5) days of receiving your order.  We will not allow an exchange if the item has any signs of being worn.  Hair cannot be brushed, fingered through, washed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, or processed in anyway.  

*No returns or exchanges on closures and frontals

We must approve the exchange prior to you returning your package and every exchange or return requires an RMA# which must be written on the outside of the package.  To receive an RMA# you must contact us directly to receive approval of return.
