Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM Central Standard Time. Orders received after 5PM Central Standard Time will begin order processing on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will begin order processing on the next business day. Flat Rate Standard shipping is 4-7 business days depending on location. All U.S orders are shipped via USPS. All local orders that are delivered by Hair Snob Collection will require a signature upon arrival.
Please note that we ask that you keep your billing and shipping address the same. Any order that fails to comply will not be shipped and your order will be refunded. This policy not only protects us, it also protects you from fraudulent use of your credit/debit card.
After your package is mailed you will receive a tracking number via email. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your purchase order. Track your package at www.USPS.com or call the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777.
Hair Snob Collection will not be responsible for replacing your package if it is lost, damaged or stolen.
In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to our facility, we will notify you via email. We do not refund orders or shipping charges for orders returned. You will be responsible for paying another shipping fee or receive a merchandise credit. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to a holiday. We strongly suggest not making a hair appointment until you have received your order.
