Returns and refunds

At Hair Snob Collection, we take great pride in the integrity, quality, and craftsmanship of our products. Each bundle of hair is carefully reviewed and inspected to ensure our customers receive only the finest virgin hair available.

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all hair extension sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.

Defective Merchandise & Exchanges

If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

  • Approved exchanges must be requested within five (5) days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges will not be approved if the hair shows any signs of wear or alteration.

Hair must remain in its original condition and cannot be:

  • Worn
  • Brushed or finger-combed
  • Washed or conditioned
  • Cut or altered
  • Removed from the bundle
  • Dyed, bleached, or chemically processed in any way

🚫 No returns or exchanges on closures, frontals and wigs.


RMA Approval Required

All exchanges require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
  • Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Once your RMA is issued, please email us the return tracking number.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid prior to shipment.
