Order Processing & Shipping Information
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Central Standard Time).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Details:
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days, depending on location
- All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. After the package is accepted by USPS, Hair Snob Collection is no longer responsible for delivery.

- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and your package is returned to our facility, you will be notified via email.

- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or USPS-related issues.
